Welcome to Tradelet. By accessing or using the Tradelet platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tradelet is an algorithmic trading terminal that provides tools for chart analysis, strategy deployment, signal generation, and automated trade execution. The Service connects to third-party exchanges (such as Binance) via user-provided API keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. API Keys and Exchange Access

Tradelet stores exchange API keys encrypted with AES-256 encryption. By providing your API keys, you authorize Tradelet to execute trades on your behalf based on your configured strategies. You are solely responsible for the API key permissions you grant and the trades executed.

6. No Financial Advice

Tradelet is a software tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended as personal advice. All trading decisions are made by you or by automated strategies you configure.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading cryptocurrencies and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You acknowledge and accept this risk. Tradelet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Share your account with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tradelet name, logo, branding, and platform software are proprietary. Third-party components retain their respective licenses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradelet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a Pro or Enterprise plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Service or its features.
  • Failure to use the Service during the billing period.
  • Financial losses resulting from trades executed through the platform.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused time.

In the case of a verified billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. Billing corrections are issued at our sole discretion.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
